13 Deals and it's sister companies, one is That Daily Deal, are all legitimate. They sell buy-outs/close-outs, that sort of items. They use a middleman for shipping and they do get my purchases out to said courier in the stated amount of time, but the courier is slow as heck and takes an additional 3-weeks to get items to you. The packages are shipped but the route taken is the least costly, so goes way out of a direct path. Kind of like shipping from Tennessee to Ohio via boat to China and back. IDK, something like that to where your package will most always take 4-6 weeks to actually arrive, so ALWAYS ORDER that much earlier than you need/want it! Otherwise, seller is trustworthy but is a small business, so read all the fine print and don't bad name him just because you didn't make yourself aware of how it works. It's all there in print.
