No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

NoThey wont acknoldge a request for refund.
They push the order week by week back, hoping to exasperate you so you cancel & then they keep half ur $$ on bogus fees.
Contact your credit card and detail dispute the charges.
Call ur local authority too.

Definitely. I received quick responses and their sales and customer service were as helpful as they could be. I got frustrated, it was not the company's fault. The manufacturer was making major changes that delayed the shipping process. It was definitely worth waiting for.
