Has anyone ever received the $7 per pound that is suppose to come after using this product for 90 days?

I want my money returned to my checking account. I plan to take these two bottles to a lab and have them both tested to see what is in this crap.My email is glorisrn1956@icloud.com.Stop taking people's hard earned money.
I received the product but Packing Slip indicates they sent a Bonus Card but there was no card sent. Several calls were made to let them know that the $25 card was not included in the package and was always told that they would see that it was sent out. Today I called for the 5th time and when I said what the problem was received a huff and the phone went dead. I called back three times and after hearing that there was a less than 1 minute wait, the line went dead again. A further call to each of the two numbers I had resulted in a message that my call could not be completed. I'm presuming they blocked my number. I am requesting a response to my request for the card.
I got the product in the mail today and I am wondering why you have no instrucrions, or encouraging words to help us get started. I have looked on line to see if you have anything there but did not see any there. Can I start the detoxification right away and use the drops as well? I am hoping to start tomorrow and I will have my husband take pictures of me. That is all I got in an email were all the rules about taking the pictures correctly etc. Are you still going to stand behind the $7 a lb. that we loose?. Please communicate with me. Thank you.
