Can you say "rip off"! Both my cousin and I fell for this scam. The customer service people are rude and lie and hang up on you. The 30 day money that money back guarantee runs from the day you purchase it out 30 days. You don't actually have 30 days to try it and get your money back if you don't have success. If they have the confidence that they claim in their product they would give you 60 days to try it out not 30 days from the purchase date. It takes about seven days to even get to you leaving 23 days to try it out and get your money back
BEWARE of this company - it is a SCAM. They never sent the product and yet charged full amount for items not even ordered. They currently are under fraud investigation by Royal Bank of Canada.

There is no customer service. Its run by two people (husband and wife) who are crooks. When you call that numbers they are saying that they just servicing company and not responsible for anything. However there is no other phone numbers or addresses.
They will not return your money.
I gave this company my credit card information as I thought it was only for shipping in order to just try thir products. This morning my checking information shows that this company has taken out two differ amounts of money from my checking account. They took out 79.97 and then 94.97. I received the horrible product two weeks ago and thought that the colon cleanse was causing my stomach to hurt and the liquid X5 Trim500 tasted nasty. I thought to myself that I won't be ordering anymore of this stuff. Now my checking account is messed up and I won't be able to pay my rent now! I'm on a fixed income. Please don't mess with this company. I called the police department and reported them and the frud place at my bank. They won't even talk to me about a refund even though it's not been thirty days. I don't want this to happen to anyone else!
Don't purchase this product, doesn't work and it is NOT risk free like they claim. They basically take your card and say it's for shipping and handling then charge your card for more products whether you want them or not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS PRODUCT
Requested my money because I did not receive product. That was sept 4th- still waiting on money and now when I call they hang up on me!
Fast talking rookie gave me to supervisor when I would not sign up, supervisor talked over me and finally I said loudly "take me off your calling list, I am hanging up" and as I was hanging up I heard him say he was just trying to make his point over my interruptions!
