Don't do it. Find another learning app. The app it self is glitchy always kicking us out in the middle of stuff and it's not a free trial. They will charge you over and over and over! HUGE SCAM

This question is only to customers and not to abcmouse unless you have something beneficial to add and not a bunch of bs. what can we do to stop this company from scamming and trapping people in their service and literally stealing hard earned money. something they do not know about apparently since they believe in trapping people in their service instead of just focusing on providing a service that is too good to turn down like successful companies.

File complaints against them with both your state's Attorney General's Office and the BBB.

Why will you not let me cancel my account

Answer:

When a corporation appears not to be acting in good faith, I look up the name and address of the corporation's registered agent on file with my state's Secretary of State/State Corporation Commission and send a USPS Certified Letter w/return receipt requested to the corporation in care of the Registered Agent with a detailed explanation of the problem and all that I have done thus far in my attempt to remedy the situation. A CC of the letter to the State's Attorney General may also be beneficial.
