Why are you pretending to be a U.S. business when you're really shipping junk from China that doesn't look anything like the photos on your site?

I received the ‘jumping fish' 4 weeks from purchase date. The shipping bag was damaged and the charging cable would not connect to the fish. The power cable parts were not compatible. I sent pictures and video of problem to customer service within two days of receiving this item. They told me they could not help despite advertising 100% guaranteed satisfaction and a 30 day return policy. This company is in China, not CO, according to shipping label.
