I ordered a dress from you and waiting arrival of same. My question is: If it does not fit or too tight can I send it back for another larger size. I did not give my measurements as i ordered an Oz size 18 which I normally take. Pls re[ply to this as I am worried as I require this dress for my grand daughters wedding in December. Will contact you once the dress arrives.

Rachel- these peploe are not interested in doing business or helping you in any way- read all the reviews- they are nice until the dresses arrive and there are problems. They will jot refund or exchange. They are not to be trusted at all!

The best answer is the one above, but you will be lucky to get anything back even from the bank if it is over time. I gave them exact measurements from a dressmaker and they sent me a rag.

Take the issue up with your bank and they will refund in your favour. And get your credit card CANCELLED as they will take money from it unauthorised. They have no morals at all.
