I've been thinking about a subscription, but the negative reviews on SiteJabber scare me. Should they?

Do the math Phillip. If you have one or two or twenty reviewers unhappy with a company, it is one thing. When you have 150 out of 201 reviews at one-star and an overall rating of 1.5. Heck, IRS.gov has an overall rating of 3. Most of them contain horror stories about un-requested or fraudulent charges that they have to battle with the company to get partial refunds, there is something way wrong.
