I've had the same problem, they charge me from the US AND Australia so I can't even cancel cos no access to these sites. If you manage to contact them, they should refund you

If you need a break at any time, you have the option of placing your account on hold, or Hiatus, for up to 3 months where you're not billed, do not receive additional credits, but have full access to your stored credits, books, 30% discount, sales and Great Listen Guarantee. They charge you $15 and you ven charge other cards on the account like thieves.
