I ordered a bike 8th august 2015
Bike says it was shipped 12th august which the company say's should arrive in 3-5 days however we are now on 4th oct and i still don't have a bike.
Cost £202 and i am very unsure what to do as a next step.

My daughter was really looking forward to this bike for her birthday and is now very dissapointed and it ruined her birthday... very upset with this company and would like a bit of help as to what to do about being scammed by them horrible people.

Link to the Rest of the question and To Respond didn’t work. My correspondence with Bambuzo was alarming. I often wondered if the respondent could read. Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
