Many negative customers relations reviews make me uneasy about purchasing any refurbished products from you. do you really charge a restocking fee for a refurbished product that is received still defective?

Answer:

Buyer Beware- Beach Camera Same Day Shipping is claiming "no restocking fee" in this situation. My personal experience was "no refund/ no response", despite fact they sent "used/ refurbished" item when I purchased "like new". They acknowledge by offering $26 discount to "deal with it", and ignored all contact when I didn't accept. Tons of stuff online about them regarding "scams".

I want to pre order a canon 5ds in june... does beach camera really deliver pre ordered cameras exactly when canon releases them? i don't want to pre order and get it in august.

Answer:

Thank you Joe, for your question. We do pre-sell items. The items are received in our warehouse on the release date and then we ship them to you! We strive to make sure our items are shipped out as soon as possible.
