Yes. This company has faulty products that are over priced and they are more beautiful on the website than when you physically receive them. The company will correct or replace the faulty product. The Customer service is very poor.

I've received nothing and it's been 2 months...

I was overcharged and the company employees are extremely rude and unhelpful.

Horrible waited many weeks and now we finally got them and 2 out 4 lights broken. I sent email weeks ago for help because they are international and still no response. I used the chat with them and they kept saying send another email! Sooooo frustrating!

Americansplease do not order from this company! We ordered 4 of these. It took us 10 weeks to get them. 2 came with missing parts, which our electrician confirmed. Parts were promised to be sent and never were. The other 2 are connected correctly and flicker on and off. Ive asked to return and for a refund and the best theyve offered me is 10% back. Buyer beware!
