I have been trying to return a winter jacket from the that looked very warm and had zippers. NOY ONE ZIPPER! When I contacted them and called them on the product was NOT AS SHOWN, they offered my a discount to keep the item. When I told the that the item was totally useless to me and I just wanted to return the item and get my money back, I never heard back from them. I have escalated this dispute with PayPal (since they claim to make your purchase risk free) and am awaiting a satisfactory outcome. DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTIFUL HALO. TOTAL SCAMMERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, GIVE YOU INCREDIBLY CHESP ITEMS IN RETURN. I Wouldn't wear this "winter coat" in the Bahamas!

I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!

Yes. This company has faulty products that are over priced and they are more beautiful on the website than when you physically receive them. The company will correct or replace the faulty product. The Customer service is very poor.

Bad. Just bad. See-through and gets tears easily and typically run way too small.

I'm not sure what you mean by skater skirts. The ones I bought were mini skirts and one just said medium length skirt. With these skirts the fabric is really soft and light but not see through. The one size fits all thing works, but the skirts do ride up a bit more than I would like. You'd probably be fine wearing shorts under them.

Very much smaller in my experience. The company is based in China and seems to have no handle on US sizes.

I agree with the 2 answers above. This company is terrible. Never received my order and they only refunded 66% of my payment because of shipping. IF i actually get a refund

A men's Extra Large is smaller than a Medium! NOT true to size!
