They will offer you a voucher for your next purchase, and when you refuse that, will promise you a refund that you will never get. If you paid through Paypal you can start a complaint with them, but that may not be successful either.
File a claim with your credit card company to reverse the charge. Berrylook will continually lie and tell you they will issue credit, but them make excuses over and over and NEVER give you the refund credit.
This is the same answer they post for everything. It's a scam! You'll be lucky if they email you back.
