Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Blockchain staff and previous consumers.
They blocked my little 300$ and asked to be re-verified KYC and bank statements of transactions from 2022. I did provide all that, got verified and they told me that they will close my account and refund my crypto. It been 3 months since open the ticket and 2 weeks since I wait for my refund and no response from their customer support. If I open new ticket they are closing it and they told me to refer to the open one.: and there no response no auction! Ticket nr: #4909611. I work very hard for this little amount but it's my money and Afther providing prof of funds they still don't release it. Statements of transactions etc.
