Transaction pending for 30 days now. No communication, sent a dozen emails and opened tickets. No response! I'm a normal person using small bitcoin amounts for normal legal means. No reason to withhold my transaction. The name suggests trust but that's a facade. Past glory. They have no customer support and no means to contact them via phone.
