I don't think they have 1 can't even get email to print off a return label
Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
I placed a order 9/25/2022 I haven't received a confirmation or my merchandise, can you tell me when I'll receive my merchandise
