How do you get away with so much. without answering for it. your company is getting rich on fraud

Exactly! I ordered a large dress that was maybe an inch shy of fully zipping. Fought and jumped through their return hoops to send it back. Stupidly purchased from them again to get the XL because the large was so close to fitting no way the XL wouldn't. Nope this thing is smaller than the large was. Seriously with all these comments there should be a class action against them for their shady scummy business practices.

I made an order 11/22/22. i have not received any items. i tried live chat multiple times and once i said refund they ended the chat continuously. why

Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
