i called the customer about too many times, why are they not answering??? I'm worried. I did 2 business day shipping and I'm not notified. Is this a rip off?

No rip off. We have been in this business for 14 years and eCommerce for 22 years. Big snow & Ice storms all weekend. All reps have been on the phone constant all day. We are getting to calls as quickly as we can. Everyone working overtime. What is your order number?
