Answer:

It is not easy or near impossible to have honest conversations with them, especially if you have a complaint about late delivery or shipping. The support (Support@crabrevenge.com) is evasive and unreliable. More often than not they will not respond to your complaints or inquiries. Here is one of of the emails they sent me before: Crab Revenge Tue, Dec 26,2017, 3:34 PM To me Hello Terry, It seems people that ordered around this time have not received their orders.
