How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Crabrevenge.com?

It is not easy or near impossible to have honest conversations with them, especially if you have a complaint about late delivery or shipping. The support (Support@crabrevenge.com) is evasive and unreliable. More often than not they will not respond to your complaints or inquiries.
Here is one of of the emails they sent me before:
