I have been trying to check on an order,can't get through on the phone

Answer:

The service is bad. Really bad. I couldn't. Then they couldn't find me as a customer, then they said they were shipping today, then they said next week.

What made you choose current catalog over similar businesses?

Answer:

Wanted multi-packs of birthday cards for my mom's stash, and were much cheaper than UNICEF I normally order. Never again will I use them. Extraordinarily poor service getting missing item from shipment sent. Back to UNICEF!
