I am currently trying to get a refund on non supply of order (they could not fulfill the order) which they took payment for instantly. I have been told payment left their account on 31st July and I should allow 14 working days. Still not received, I have emailed Kelly and spoken to her several times who now very rudely is telling me I have to allow 28 working days, which is tomorrow and I should call back then... I don't hold out much hope of receiving the payment tomorrow and am prepared for another confrontational call with the unprofessional and rude Kelly again tomorrow. Trading standards here I come it seems..
Having had a terrible experience with onlinebathrooms.com, which has been taken up by trading standards, I wondered if anyone else has had problems too and if they managed to get them resolved? Thank you =)
