I notified pay pal about my order they are now investigating dresshead . i have only received part of my order and i cant reach them by phone or by email, so i had no choice but to report my purchase problem to pay pal. if with in 30 days i get no satisfaction i will get my money back. im glad i used my pay pal account . id rather have my skirt and shoes i have left to come, but i doubt ill get them at all compared to the rest of these statements ive read.

Answer:

You got part of your order and now Pay pal is going to request that you return items for a full refund. Dresshead has a California address but they are located on China. They don't accept returns to the California address. They also lost on their website that clothes must have tags when you return them. They did the same thing to me and I am still fighting to get my money back. Paypal couldn't help me based on not having buyer protection. I wish you the best in getting your money back. I have reported to several government agencies to try to shut these crooks down.

My order took over 30 days to arrive and the none of the things fit... and they'll give no information about how to return the items. If you read most of the reviews on this company, you won't order anything from them. The positive reviews have to be written by employees of the company.

How long ago was the order out in? It took almost a month for me to get part of my order which was garbage. I never got refunded for my other two items. I tried to do a return but it costs more than I paid for a return to China.

Dresshead doesn't have a number for customer service. They only provide email assistance which becomes ignored after you realize that you have been had.

Does the long maxi dresses run small too?

All the close are badly sewn and are nothing like the picture.

Is the quality good or is it just a scam?

Answer:

The quality is good. Rarely is it not what is pictured but pretty close. You are buying online and you have to expect you cannot see how thick or thin the material used is in a photo.

It usually takes 3 or 4 days before it will show up in any tracking apps.
