They are not allowing to open the consignment and will ask if any non-conformance you contact SOUQ customer service and they will refund. But remember refund is a hell process and finally you will say go to hell i no need any thing. Like i did

Once you open it they will not take it back. They will claim it must be in the same condition (sealed pack) as when you received it. Save yourself the headache, avoid ordering from them. Their customer service and policies are the worst.
