Do not. You are more than likely to not get a warranty with your purchase. Even if the phone is broken from manufacturers side they will not refund your money. I used to buy from them all the time. The last time I decided to buy wifi extenders, I brought 3. One of them blew up as soon as I plugged it in. I explained this to them, first they accused me of using it wrong (it's an extender you are supposed to plug it into a wall socket - I had set up the previous 2 the same way). Then they tried to claim they won't take it back because I opened it... Illogical stupid excuses for why they wouldn't refund my money. They refused even to exchange it. That was this time last year and since then I've never ordered from them again.

Not at all. Its an auctioned product which i got, which was not working and already expired one. You will not get warranty for that, if you need to confirm this, just take the serial number of mobile and go to apple store. Please dont ve cheated.

I like Souq.com. Excellent service. But the decision for buying expensive products online is yours. I think getting it in person is best. Online shopping has disadvantages that u cant see and feel the products as u would if u were there. Souq is reliable in my opinion and experience. I buy and return damaged( food processor was cracked) products without problems. They have been exceptionally helpful and polite and fast in all cases.

Yes they do ship to qatar as well. I know a few friends of mine living in qatar who have shop and chip services with aramex courier service and buy from souq.com and through shop and chip services they get the item from souq.com in less than 2 days even. You simply need to call customer care of souq.com and inform them when you want and how you want. More over buying online is very much like buying from any store / shop. Except when buying from stores we can read the terms and conditions on the receipt. While online terms conditions are made public on the websites. This is the beauty of the online shopping almost all sites including souq.com have return policy too if you think item is damaged, defective or different than what you order. As a matter of fact no warranty in the whole wide world claims the damages or missuse. Use common sense when buying online.
