Do not. You are more than likely to not get a warranty with your purchase. Even if the phone is broken from manufacturers side they will not refund your money. I used to buy from them all the time. The last time I decided to buy wifi extenders, I brought 3. One of them blew up as soon as I plugged it in. I explained this to them, first they accused me of using it wrong (it's an extender you are supposed to plug it into a wall socket - I had set up the previous 2 the same way). Then they tried to claim they won't take it back because I opened it... Illogical stupid excuses for why they wouldn't refund my money. They refused even to exchange it. That was this time last year and since then I've never ordered from them again.

Dont waste money, they are refurbished products. If some issue happens to the product and when you go to the service center then you will come to know that.

DONT BUY! From my personal experience I would suggest. Reason being I personally wasn't happy with the product n Neither is their return n exchange policy reliable. U consider urself lucky If u get ur desired product by chance. Or else ur money goes down the drain as refund may or may not happen. U have to blindly pay money n collect courier not knowing what's inside. U can't open the parcel near courier person neither can u check ur item before paying him..

Warranty is not good, avoid

Ql/Have to wish that everything is OK, because after he delivery if something is wrong is only your problem

My fam friend got a laptop from souq and he is happy with it. Im not 100% sure but i think you can go ahead and purchase your phone! Dont rely on my opinion tho. Do your re search as well:)
