I've used E-harmony and many other American sites, I was disappointed and frustrated over a huge amount of scammers and a miserable amount of real profiles. European sites like https://j4l.com/402007 Are so much better! They ferret out scammers and there are no fake profiles. Ladies are much more high-end, calssy and sociable. It's a paradise compared to E-harmony!

I wish I could help you. I've been using the contact feature on their website and I have had a few responses (template style emails) but am not getting what I want---a refund. So sorry about your experience I see your Question was last year said you're probably long gone I hope by now that's an absolutely horrid website you cannot get ahold of anybody on the site though they lead you to believe there's a customer care help form you can fill out it good luck finding it I tried for an hour and a 1/2 and had no luck.
