So i have ordered an item last week that said it would ship on the 23rd (yesterday). nothing happened, so i checked my order and it has now changed to "restocking" with no date. my obvious question now is... how long will that roughly take? i don't mind the wait, i'm just curious.

Answer:

Your in for a ride my friend, buckle up cause these guys are scam artist's, and they will try to piss you off in their message reply, don't let them, stay cop; and meg them every time they respond and not before, they put your message at the back of line to discipline you for not waiting a month or two for them to respond to the first one. I guess you have gathered by his point that your dealing with lil tiny turd people who thrive on theft and deception. It took four months to get a partial refund and that I truly believe is only because I didn't show how enraged I was in my messages to these tiny pricks. I truly believe they grew tired of my persistence, due to not letting it show I think they realized they couldn't make me give up through their consistent rude behavior, demeaning behavior etc. I have no idea how this place is still up and running.

Because their shipping takes months and many items get lost in shipping. They use very cheap ePacket shipping.

Can you use two separate gift codes on one order?\ how can i reactivate these gift code (s) which are less than a year old?

Answer:

Yes. You can use as many gift certificates as needed to pay for an order. If you have problems with gift certificated you will need to put in a ticket thru Customer Support and they can sort it out.

So, i'm pretty sure fast tech just scammed me out of my money. the item i ordered was not in stock, so they cancelled my order yet have not refunded my pay pal account. it has been 2 weeks. i have emailed them several times, with no response. has anyone else had this problem? how was it resolved?

Answer:

These guys will stroke you around forever it seems like, I worked for the better part of 4 months and only managed a partial refund when I clearly deserved a full refund, They like money... alot... especially other peoples money, and they love getting it, and then work very hard at being extremely rude and just plain $#*!s when you message them, keep your cool and continue to duel with them even when you can clearly tell their trying to piss you off. These tiny little pricks have found that if they jerk you around long enough you will give up... not me, those little turds grew tired of dealing with me every other day and provided a partial refund which was inappropriate. You on the other hand haven't the slightest worry though, you were smart enough to channel your purchase through your Paypal account, yeah you get your meet back but not from those tiny lil turds, Paypal has to take a hit and you didn't get your stuff. Who came out on top? Thats right... the little turds who scammed you and PayPal thats who.

So i placed an order with them and after a week of it saying "on hold" i canceled the order and after it was cancelled they took my money and iv tried to contact them and nothing if tried to call email and write tickets but nothing all i want is my money back am i just wasting my time? will i ever get my money back? what should i do?

Answer:

If you paid through PayPal, open a dispute. That is how I got my money back.
