So, I'm pretty sure Fast Tech just scammed me out of my money. The item I ordered was not in stock, so they cancelled my order yet have not refunded my pay pal account. It has been 2 weeks. I have emailed them several times, with no response. Has anyone else had this problem? How was it resolved?

Because their shipping takes months and many items get lost in shipping. They use very cheap ePacket shipping.

That's easy. If you have a bad experience with some business, you're not going to give them much leeway from the experience. If they were sincere and honest in their dealings, that's another matter. When they're are not well, hang them straight away.
