on 12/4/18Same thing happened to me. I even double checked to make sure they could deliver on time to my parents' address since it's somewhat rural and was assured they would be there on time. Flowers never got there. When I contacted customer service I was put on hold multiple times totaling more than an hour and offered a 15% refund.
If you want ONE GIANT HASSLE go ahead. Place an order.
