The customers service people were no help to me, I got a pretty quick response to my email threatening to report them to the BBC. (Which I did, even though they refunded my money)
No. I do not believe this company will follow through. They cancelled my order because of the delivery date not working, and now, the same bouquet option is no longer available on their website. And a lot of the other reviews state they are quick to cancel your order, and do not delivery on the promised date, causing many individuals to request a refund altogether. I'd go elsewhere.
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! A SMIDGEN OF A DISCOUNT DOES NOT COME CLOSE TO RECTIFYING. NO DELIVERY AT ALL OF FLOWERS FOR A VERY SPECIAL OCCASION. NO DELIVERY, NO EXPLANATION AND POOR COMMUNICATION! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Same thing happened to me. I even double checked to make sure they could deliver on time to my parents' address since it's somewhat rural and was assured they would be there on time. Flowers never got there. When I contacted customer service I was put on hold multiple times totaling more than an hour and offered a 15% refund.
Ordered flowers on the 14th to be delivered on the 15th. They changed delivery date on me to the 16th and then the 17th, numerous excuses and empty promises, still no flowers! Cancelled my order. Next stop BBB!
I ordered a nice keepsake wooden crate and a cheap cardboard bunny was delivered. Very disappointed.
I told them that if they did not refund the money I would call the credit card company and file a complaint. They did refund
