Agree will not use again, hope they aren't in business much longer so as not to cause stress or heart burn dealing with a company who has no customer service to speak of. As won't call you back or do what they tell you, so you have to keep on it. Waste of money and time
I had a similar experience in March. I ordered flowers 5 days in advance of a friend's birthday. They were not delivered until 3 days after her BD. Most of my experience with You Flowers has been good, but that one time was a flop!
I completely agree. I was outraged with the customer service and no resolution. They seemed to think delivering the flowers for a discount the next day was more than adequate to make up for missing the event the flowers were for in the first place. I ended up canceling plans to driver to a local florist where I received a beautiful arrangement at a reasonable price, and with excellent customer service. In the future, I recommend everyone bypass the nationwide flower services and just call the shop down the street.
