Your daughter needs to communicate with the credit card company regarding this. This seems to be a scam site which claims to offer free downloads and claims it needs your credit card to verify you are in a supported country. There are plenty of similar scams for porn and other things. I found this site name while trying to find a book about Princess Alice, Prince Phillips mother, after watching the 3rd Season of The Crown
