What is this? They are taking money from my daughters account. She has mental health issues and Needs help to cancel this

Your daughter needs to communicate with the credit card company regarding this. This seems to be a scam site which claims to offer free downloads and claims it needs your credit card to verify you are in a supported country.
There are plenty of similar scams for porn and other things. I found this site name while trying to find a book about Princess Alice, Prince Phillips mother, after watching the 3rd Season of The Crown
