I'm a first time seller and I posted a key that I had previously used from a bundle that I had forgotten that I used it. As soon as it was posted it was flagged and I contacted them immediately. I explained myself so they asked for identification and proof of purchase. I provided both immediately and explained what happened and that I just wantex the items took down. Instead they frooze my account and funds continued to charge me for g2a shield draining my account and now they are ignoring me after attempt after attempt to contact help! They are flat out not anwsering me at all! I'm so sick of the run around. Who do I contact to go higher then customer service.
