Where is this company from? I just ordered a shirt from on line and it turned out being a cheap and very poor quality made piece of junk that I am stuck with now. I just want to make sure this don't happen to me with this company as. This is gonna be my mother of the bride gown. Also, how true to size are these dresses? Everything I order on line is like 3 sizes to small
