I am interested in their mugs. how long does it take for shipping?

Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!

Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.

Why didn't i get a confirmation number?

Normally, you do not receive a confirmation email because the email address you put is incorrect, or simply because the order did not go through. Could you please give me some information so that I can locate your order? If you paid by Paypal, please give me the transaction ID/email address. If you paid by credit card, please let me know the order amount, date of payment, last 4 digits of your card, and your shipping address. Thank you so much and I'll wait for your response.
