Why didn't I get a confirmation number?

Hi Grace, thanks for reaching out. We're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. Normally, you do not receive a confirmation email because the email address you put is incorrect, or simply because the order did not go through. Could you please give me some information so that I can locate your order? If you paid by Paypal, please give me the transaction ID/email address. If you paid by credit card, please let me know the order amount, date of payment, last 4 digits of your card, and your shipping address. Thank you so much and I'll wait for your response.
