Short and blunt NO if anything happens with your flight your done
No! If your flight is cancelled, Gotogate won't refund your money, even if the airline would've given it back if you booked directly through them. They have terrible customer service, and have been known to give out false tickets.
No, we pay for their flexible option, but we were needed it we requested to pay more then cost of new tickets
