To Barbara S. You obviously know how to operate a computer so I am wondering why you called to cancel your membership when you can do it right on the computer in your account? I also don't understand the statement where they told you, you "we're out of luck." There seems to be a lot of coincidences surrounding your story. Starting with how you "just" discovered 12 unopened containers? You never noticed your credit card charges or remember receiving any of the packages? If you returned the last one, shouldn't you have followed through as to wether it was received or inquired where your refund was? Just because the bank gave you a provisional credit doesn't mean that they were reimbursed for the error. Sounds suspicious to me.
