Because they were local and said they had the items in stock and ready fro delivery.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at hallopie?

Answer:

It isn't! No phone available now, website seems to be down too. I have emailed them which they do respond to but I keep getting a bunch of rhetoric that they are still in transit. Now mind you ordered in mid March and it is now May 29th! A snail could have delivered them quicker.

Yes, on Amazon I was able to order masks but they did mention delivery would take 3 to 4 weeks. Since the masks were not arriving from Hallopie as promised by April 8th I ordered through Amazon. Amazon delivered to me in 3 weeks and received their shipment by May 1st!
