I am about to post a very bad review. i never received my order as promised. your site stated 3 to 5 days shipping. the first time i called they said well that is only an estimate your site does not say that is an estimate. i was then told it would arrive yesterday. then told it would arrive today. i am going to put a stop payment as of tomorrow and report this company to the bbb.

I need new bulbs for our office and we go through them fairly rapidly. the problem i have noticed is some bulbs for some reason burn out fast, as in a few days. does this company warranty the bulbs for 30 days so if the bulb dies fast we can get an even exchange?

Answer:

I am assuming you are asking about bulbs from other projectors you purchased from another company. Bulbs should not burn out within a few days. If you purchase our projectors, the bulbs themselves have a 30 day warranty, so that if they burn out within that time period, we would ship you a replacement bulb. Our projectors carry a 1 year warranty and the bulbs have a 30 day warranty.
