Are you still in bussiness? I purchased a projector from you and i am pleased with it. I need a replacement bulb but cant contact you from the number
I really need someone to reply! I've called, emailed, left voicemails & have never received any contact! Zero communication. I purchased a bulb over the phone... I am about to post a very bad review. I never received my order as promised. Your site stated 3 to 5 days shipping. The first time I called they said well that is only an estimate your site does not say that is an estimate. I was then told it would arrive yesterday. Then told it would arrive today. I am going to put a stop payment as of tomorrow and report this company to the BBB.
I need new bulbs for our office and we go through them fairly rapidly. The problem I have noticed is some bulbs for some reason burn out fast, as in a few days. Does this company warranty the bulbs for 30 days so if the bulb dies fast we can get an even exchange?
