Hi. I live in the UK. I would never use hobbyking again. I never got my stuff took 3 months to get refund. Take your money and then they don't care

My "no fuss" refund took over two months and 37 requests. This company sucks big time

Was it a large amount? With Hobbyking you need to hound them everyday otherwise you get ignored/forgotten. It took me over a half a year or more before I got my refund.
If they were a local company they would have been shut down by the number of laws they have broken but they can hide in another country and get away with it.
Keep emailing them, post on social media about them, keep pushing and maybe a refund will happen.
I wish people could somehow see the reviews before they buy, again avoid Hobbyking. They still send me spam even though I stopped it too, so not impressed with them at all.

Hello Brian. I started dealing with HK 2 years ago. The guys in my RC club said beware. I didn't listen cause all was good. Then the poo poo hit the fan. 4 Lipo batteries that were not good. Some of them about $40 bucks. Good luck getting that replaced. Then they opened the US east warehouse, but the shipping charges were the same. I live on the gulf coast of Alabama! The shipping charges were the same as the Washington warehouse (now Oregon) warehouse. My ADVISE... Buy cheap stuff that you can afford to eat!

Get hold of hobbyking forum member 'HobbyKing CSNY' and give him the detail. Also contact member WTWUK on the same forum as he knows some shortcuts to speed things up.
