File a claim with your form of payment provider, paypal finally refunded me after 2 claims

I sent them a msg on FB/email. Received msgs from both.They blocked me from FB. I will call my bank and paypal- ordered in Sept,order# 2852- Bobbie

I also ordered a peanuts quilt mid September, paid for it, never received it. I emailed several times with NO response!
