Ordered a quilt in September. They notified of a non-existent shipping. Never arrived. I disputed with PayPal. They produced fake proof of delivery and PP folded on me. I opened a dispute with my bank. They lied to them, too. I fired back. Dispute now still open. They sent me many emails with excuses & finally, a fake shipping launch via DHL. That failed, too. At the end, I will get my money back via my bank. FRAUD, SCAM! Always use a credit card.

Purchased a Jeep quilt in September. Contacted them in October and got a 20% OFF COUPON via email which I wouldn't use because if you cant ship my first order, why would I order more? Now two months later, still no quilt and see all these reviews of them being scammers. Using my Paypal to go after a refund. Don't order ANYTHING from this place. Liars and scammers is what they are,

Ordered a St. Louis Cardinals quilt on 9/18/2018. Got an email on 10/1/18 that the shipment was delayed. I bought this item from an ad on FACEBOOK. Finally shipped on 11/16/18 and arrived on 12/1/18 and was the wrong item - Disney princess quilt. The quilt received is of extremely poor quality. The website is no longer in operation. I don't want this crappy quilt that is not what I ordered. I'll be seeing about a refund on PayPal. Total transaction cost was $64.90.

I ordered a Hogwarts quilt on 9/23/2018. Emailed several times about order status. Website does not work and hasn't since I put the order in. Got responses back saying production was delayed. Finally received a quilt that I did not order on 12-2-18! Anybody want a Steelers quilt? Lol! I will be seeking a refund from PayPal as well!

Ordered a quilt in Sept 2018 from these people. From the phone number, I think they are from China, but not sure. Have never received product, tracking number was phony, and their email is an unmonitored address. Does not get much worse than this. Tel: 1*******072. Soooo pissed.

Ordered quilt 9/14 filed 2 claims with PayPal, just refunded today, Please file claims block them! They sent one email saying they were having trouble with the fires! BS, they did this I am sure to delay the process so I would have to file another claim! Then they sent wrong item and I have HAD ENOUGH!

Order 3 quilts September 15th still awaiting. I got the same sorry message and Several email wanting me to order more. A 20% off coupon still get E mails warning me to purchase more but yet have not answered any of my emails as to the current order I have been waiting a month for. No phone number and no return emails. I believe it's a scam.

They don't even deserve 1 star! I ordered a Disney Princess quilt 3 months ago... unable to contact the company at all! Today I received an ugly black quilt with Jack Skellington all over it! It is hideous! I will be reporting to my credit card company and it was pricey! So disappointed because this was going to be a Christmas gift! They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook! I have bought tons of things through Facebook and this is the first time I have ever been ripped off! I am furious!

Unreliable and horrible in responding back to you. Waited over two months for the wrong blanket to finally get shipped and now no response when trying get it returned or refunded. Buyer beware!

This place took my money and has not contacted me or sent me my quilt I ordered it early September and I have tried to contact them numerous times all I get is an email saying they're sorry and backed up with a 20% discount coupon on my next order. I will never order from them again and I highly recommend no one else does either seems like a scam to me.

I ordered a quilt on 9/17 and paid for it. After several attempts to contact the company FINALLY someone replied only to tell me that they don't know when I will get my merchandise. I will never buy from them again!

I also ordered a quilt form them on 9-18 and NEVER received it! Tried contacting snow at the sign,, still no response,, reported and requested a refund through PayPal,, we'll see!

I ordered a Dr. Seuss quilt to use in my classroom back in September and received emails that they were behind on orders. November 30th I received a quilt with a Sea Turtle and fish on it! NOTHING like what I had ordered. I emailed the company several times and they never responded back. I wish I knew about this before wasting my hard earned money.

I ordered a Packers blanket for my husband with my credit card 3 months ago! I received some purple red thing with skulls on it and dead people! I threw it away and told my credit card not to pay for any new charges.

I ordered a princess quilt on 9/18. Never received it, and cannot contact anyone about its whereabouts. Thry sure charged me quickly though. Boo hiss! Im going to try to get refund through PayPal

Just real quick, they are a scam and I filed a complaint with pay pal, a company named The Snow At-sign co., ltd is the actual company or seller, it took about 20 days but I did receive a full refund. *******@thesnowatsign.com you can try contacting them, I did with no response. I really hope this helps.

I order a quilt bank in September, it was the disney princess one, no word nothing back from trying to contact them, now its December 8th and I received a quilt at my house but not the one I ordered, I received a jack thr pumpkin one, damn it! Total scam and no way of contacting these people, sad!

Definitely a scam. Wife ordered a quilt from this company linked from a reputable website. 2 months later still no quilt. Website is down. Started the process with paypal dispute. Got her for almost $90 and her only christmas gift to me this year.

I ordered friends quilt in September. Still no quilt. Thwy will not answer email. Now the web site is gone. I want my money back.

I ordered a blanket in mid September and have emailed several times and received no repsonse at all. The link to the website doesn't work either. I have a paypal claim to get my money back. Hopefully I'm successful. So infuriating.
