I got a shipment confirmation dated nov 5 telling me that ill receive additional email with tracking information. i still havent heard of anything..

They ordered and charged me without my knowledge. they just emailed me but i would like to cancel but no email address. how can i cancel without hassle to call them? i have never authorized such an automatic shipping and it seems a fraud.
