“It works; my eye lashes are thicker and longer”

I was very mistrusting as I placed my order for a free bottle of idol lash, from a distribution warehouse in central California. It was supposed to be free, but they charged me $5 for shipping when I know the shipping cost could not have been over $1. They also required me to give them a credit card so they could send me a bottle every month and charge me $30 each month. I now regret giving the phone order processing man a difficult time. The stuff is exactly how he read it from the script he read. Aloe-vera, Vitamin E, no chemicals or fragrance. I will order it again, but 1 bottle lasts more than 2 months so no need to get a monthly shipment. My eyes look wider and I appear more energized with my longer/thicker healthier eye lashes.

I placed an order for Idol Lash and instead received from A Lash Energizer. Completely different product full of chemicals it doesn't contain one single item that is listed in the ingredients of idol Lash. So I started to look online and if you go to lashenergizer.com it's exactly the same website as Idollash.com. So most likely they take orders from both sites and just ship out the same product I haven't tried to call to get a refund yet but I will, although I'm certain it won't work after reading all of the reviews. The other interesting thing is when I went back and looked at the email confirmation I received after ordering all it says is "3 x lash" there's no definition of the product or anything like that there isn't even the company name on the receipt. Actual fact there's no way for you to prove what you ordered in the first place. Is the product I received has more chemicals than an industrial cleaner I certainly won't be putting it anywhere near my eyes if they won't take it back will try using it to clean the grout in my shower.

Stay away! This company suckers you in with a "free/shipping & handling only" product that doesn't work, then ships an additional product for an exorbitant price well before their "see results deadline", then looks to charge a $10 restocking fee when you want to return the crap! Outrageous. Little wonder they give you such a huge... 19 character... RMA# since they probably get 9 our of 10 products returned. What crooks; they should be pulled off the web.

People, all that has happened to you has happened to me. Now, take some breaths, get your mailing information, write a report and complaint to your local Attorney General's Office to get refunded the money owed you! I just deposited a check for $1,272.44 from another company doing the same thing these $#*!s are doing. Plus add $100 for your time filling out the complaint form. Plus, interest for keeping your money! That's how you do things! Let's ALL do it. They still owe me $150.00, and I fully intend on getting it back from them.

They took $40 from me to return it. Scammers and thieves acting like a legit business. Don't waste your money. If there was a zero rating, that's what I would have given them.

As like all the reviews, this is a scam. I ordered sample and then was billed $89.95 on an auto shipment. I finally reached customer service and was told there was a $10.00 restocking fee and I had to pay shipping. The product has not worked for me at all, nothing. Please don't be fooled. Now I have the hassle of sending product back and waiting on refund which other reviews say they are having trouble getting refund. Beware.

Ordered over the Thanksgiving holiday. Got the Idol Lash with no problem. Just looked at my bank account & noticed I was charged $84.90. Immediately call and spoke with a representative who wanted to lecture me on what I had done wrong. He eventually hung up on me. Called back asked for a supervisor and getting to him was like pulling teeth. I am going to write the CEO and leave negative feedback on the BBB.

Offered a free sample for simple shipping charge of $4.95. Then got another charge of $1.98 for "shipping insurance". Then I find out it auto ships after 16 days for more product to be charged $69 a month. I canceled it but the phone number they give on their invoice takes you to India with heavily accented people and offering another gift and can't help you with the problems. The number that I have to cancel it is *******260. Totally dishonest. Their product may be good-- I don't know but won't find out now because of the way it is offered. I use GrandeLash now.

Ordered trial of Idol Lash, and then tricked me into ordering revitol eyelash serum which I tried to cancel but couldn't because no weekend customer service, and then they sent me the wrong product (revitol eye cream!) I had to email photo of the product to get a return authorization from the company. I sent with tracking. Arrived over 1 month ago. No refund received. Where is my $49.90? Getting the run around with customer service. Looks like fraud.

I used Idol Lash Enhancer and was so excited to see beautiful long lashes after 4-6 weeks, BUT no after 4 months my lashes are falling out. A the lashes are less now than before I started to use Idol lash. Now I understand why all the reviews are under 3 months of usage. Do not buy this product unless you want lashes for a short time. Now I cannot return the 2 unopened bottles, because of the 90 days back guarantee. I bought 6 tubes because of the discount. Now I see why. DO NOT BUY!

I filled out a "free" trial survey and then when they wanted my card number I backed out and checked the reviews... found out it was a scam... however I put my name and number on there form without submitting it well they won't quit calling me! I finally confronted them on their scam and they had no defense! They just hung up on me! Please someone shut down this company! Please

The Whole IDOL LASH TRIAL Is a major SCAM! It never tells you wil be in an automatic renewal program charging $1555 a month to your credit card. Its very hard to get through to their # *******260 on limited hours even though they claim "available 24/7"! Most important I was scammed. Fooled, tricked and frauded into receiving product I never ordered or wanted and having to pay for it!

Do not buy any "free samples" that you see ads for. I saw an ad to buy a free sample of idol lash. When it got down to paying for the shipping, I authorized a $3.95 charge and than received a $9.97 debit against my account. About two weeks later on the day b-4 New Years Day, I saw a $79.97 debit against my account! Next I received an email shipping notice! When I ordered the sample there were no terms & condition box to check, no email sent to me from the company explaining how they have an automatic renewal-nothing! Please be ware! I am now out of this money until I get the product, and return it using there RA # and than wait another 20 days until they feel like crediting my account! Horrible scam!

I ordered a $9.99 trial of this product. My account was charged $159.00. I am furious! I paid to send the unopened product back. I was told my card would be credited $139.00 They have not refunded any of my $ and now say my time limit for a refund has past. Something has to be done about them!

This company is a fraud! I filled out information for the free trial. I read reviews for it and saw that this company was fraudalent so I backed out the transaction. Somehow my CC was still charged! I immediately called their customer service and told them the charge was unauthorized and was told it would be cancelled. Well today I wake up to an email saying my package has been shipped and my card would be charged. I checked my account and sure enough saw a charge for $1.98. I called customer service but couldn't get through. I immediately called my bank and had my entire CC cancelled and I have a new card on the way. Please beware! Shady business practices!

I had the same problems as all the other reviewers and finally reported them to my credit card company who refunded my money and made contact with the company. I also got enrolled into a monthly supply program without even knowing it and they started debiting my charge account within 2 weeks of me ordering only a "trial" of Idol Lash and the Revitol eye creme. When I contacted them they were difficult to deal with and refused to refund me for the subscription even though they had not even shipped it out yet stating that they aren't able to stop the process once it's started! They finally gave me a hundred digit RMA code to use to return the order and then I was to call them immediately to notify them of "incoming" produce and after receiving it they would refund my $. In the meantime I notified my card company who contacted them. When I called them about the return, they asked if I had filed a complaint with my card company. They had noted my file that the card company had contacted them so their hands were tied.

Doesn't work and bilks customers for $84 dollars a month. Wouldn't send a return shipping label and refused to refund my money. Continued to keep shipping. My only option is to close my bank account.

This is the worst scam online that I hav ever experienced! When you try to place your order, they won't let you till you hit Complete, but when you do they sign you up for another product too called Revital for $53.00, and automatic shipping of both products! Then when you attempt to get through to their customer service, it is nearly impossible, but if you should get through, the Rep can't (or won't) speak clearly enough for you to understand how to get a refund & stop auto delivery & where to return the stuff to. Luckily I paid by credit card so was able to dispute he charge & they helped me get thru to the customer service & find out how to cancel everything & return the products.

I'm usually smarter than this. I wish I'd looked into it before ordering. Initially 3/23, I was charged $6.95 for shipping and handling, then the same day was charged $4.95 and $1.98, for what, I don't know. Then yesterday, 4/6@ 1:54am (sneaky timing) I was charged $84.90. I work nights so I caught it right away. I called and after much arguing and threatening to both sue and contact the attorney general, they cancelled the monthly order I didn't even know I signed up for -in the fine print of the s&h I initially ok'd. They said they'd call later in the day with my refund info. They didn't call. I called them again today and they initially said I must return the product for my refund, which I never even received! Again I said I was suing and contacting the AG. They offered 50% refund, said I could keep the product I never received! I said my next call is to my attorney and the AG so they said they'll refund $79.95. WTF?! I also advised them in both calls that I'd recorded them and printed out evidence of their fraud. I am reporting them regardless for the fraud and thievery.

I was charged for automatic shipment on my credit card for $85.94. The representative stated I must send back for refund of only $69.00 sinceI must pay for shipping from company to me and back plus a restocking $10.00 fee. My mistake was believing I was getting a free sampl.

Tip for consumers:
Do not ask for free sample from this company.
