They mainly sell products and brands from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Their products are shipped directly from there and are authentic!

I love their product selection and that I can pick up my orders from their warehouse to avoid shipping delays, but their customer service can be hit or miss. They sometimes don't respond to emails.
